NORTH SALEM, N.Y. North Salem High School and the North Salem Booster Club will host the annual Holiday Basketball Tournament Jan. 12-14 at the high schools new gymnasium with the event dedicated to Wayne Outhouse, a longtime contributor to the town and the schools athletic programs.
The North Salem girls team will host the John Jay High School team on Jan. 12 at 7 p.m. in an opening round game.
The North Salem boys will host Pawling on Jan. 13 at 7 p.m. in the late opening round game. Blind Brook will face Alexander Hamilton in the 5:30 p.m. boys opening round game.
The North Salem Booster Club will honor Outhouse prior to the boys game. Refreshments will be served at halftime, courtesy of the North Salem Recreation Basketball Club.
