New Castle's Final Bundled Debris Pick-Up Is Monday

Update: The article previously and incorrectly worded that Monday, Dec. 19 would be the final clean-up day for debris caused by October's snowstorm. Please note that date is only for bundled pick-up.

NEW CASTLE, N.Y. - After Monday, Dec. 19, the carter will no longer be picking up bundled debris. The town, however, will continue to pick up storm debris that was from Town's right of way.

For bundled pick-up, residents must place the debris on the curb, tightly-bundled with twine or placed in a brown leaf bag in order for it to be picked up. Any branches or trees must also be cut four feet or less or may not be more than five inches in diameter. Piles or bundles cannot exceed 60 pounds.
