The workshop will be led by Joan Schulman. The event is free and open to the public but registration is required.
-The Chabad of Armonk, Pleasantville and Chappaqua will be holding a menorah lighting in front of the New Castle Community Center on Tuesday at 5 p.m. Food, arts, crafts and music will follow.
-Following three-plus years of construction, New Castle is ready to unveil its almost-finished $19 million Route 120 Bridge project. The town has planned a grand opening for the bridge on Thursday at 11 a.m.
-Temple Beth El is inviting residents for a night of crafts, songs, games and dinner at its Hanukkah party on Friday at 5:30 p.m. Those wishing to attend must RSVP ( email@example.com ) and admission is $10 per person. The event will be followed by a candle lighting at 7:15 p.m.
