New Castle Police Report Roads Are Open But Slippery

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- New Castle police advise that roads are open but slippery Thursday morning.

In an email advisory, the New Castle police also report New Castle had no additional outages or downed wires as a result of Wednesday night's storm and that restoration work would continue.
