New Castle Police Arrest Two Over Weekend

The New Castle Police made two arrests this past week on Thursday and Friday morning.

On Thursday, a 21-year-old Mount Kisco male was arrested at traffic stop on Bedford Road for driving with suspended license. Early Friday, New Castle Police arrested a 41-year-old female from Wappingers Falls at 230 Saw Mill River Road for Driving While Intoxicated after getting into a car accident.

On Tuesday afternoon, the back door of a home at 26 Helena Drive in Chappaqua was damaged. A report was filed but no suspects were found.

On Tuesday evening, a mother and son got into a verbal dispute. New Castle police responded to the domestic incident but no arrests were made.

On Wednesday morning, a mailbox was damaged on 37 Cowdoin Lane in Chappaqua. No suspects were found.

New Castle responded to a criminal mischief call Wednesday morning, finding graffiti on the sidewalk of Quaker Road. The New Castle Department of Public Works has corrected the graffiti and no suspects were found.

Early Sunday morning, a camera was stolen at a wedding at Crabtree’s Kittle House on 11 Kittle Road in Chappaqua. No suspects were found and no arrests were made.
