New Castle Police Advise Staying Off Roads

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. – New Castle Police issued the following advisory Saturday at 5 p.m.:

"New Castle roads are snow covered and slippery. Driving is very dangerous. Avoid any unnecessary driving. New Castle DPW is out clearing the roads, but the roads are very hazardous at this time. Police recommend delaying any plans to be out on the roads and allow the DPW time to clear the roads. If driving is unavoidable use extreme caution."
