CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. - Two-hour parking spaces in downtown Chappaqua and Millwood have been extended to three hours for the holiday season, the New Castle Town Board announced Tuesday.

The relaxed parking regulations begin Monday and continue to Dec. 31. Burlap bags will be placed over the parking signs to indicate three-hour parking areas.
