MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- New York State Police arrested a Mount Kisco man who has been charged with sending text messages to a 15-year-old girl that involved sexually explicit content, according to LoHud.com.
Stuart F. Ferguson, 25, was officially charged with endangering the welfare of a child. He was released without bail and is due in Lewisboro Town Court on Monday, Nov. 25, according to LoHud.com.
