Jackknifed Tractor Trailers Lead To Closures On Route 9-A, I-684

WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- A pair of jackknifed tractor trailers are making a messy traffic day worse in Ossining and White Plains on Thursday.

A tractor trailer is blocking all the lanes of Route 9A in Ossining. Route 9A is closed at Croton Point Avenue and Hawkes Avenue until further notice.

Another jackknifed tractor trailer is blocking the right lane on I-684 in Harrison before the Route 120 exit and the I-287 exit.
