The kiosk has information about the area's restaurants, businesses, and upcoming events, along with free copies of printed tourist and information guides and local newspapers.
The new hours of the kiosk, at 1 South Division Street in Peekskill, are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. and noon to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
“The opening of the kiosk expands the chamber's hours of operation and enhances our ability to promote our community and all it has to offer,” said Deb Milone, Chamber of Commerce executive director.
“By being located in the center of Downtown, the chamber is often the first place people turn to for information and assistance. As foot traffic continues to increase in the spring, it is important that we fulfill our role as the place to go to find information.”
