Clinton, the former first lady and secretary of state, will be joined by Congresswoman Nita Lowey to swear in Supervisor Robert Greenstein, Councilmen Lisa Katz and Adam Brodsky and Judge Noah Sorkin at 5 p.m. in the Assembly Room of New Castle Town Hall at 200 South Greeley Ave.

Doors open at 4 p.m. and seating is very limited. A reception will follow. The ceremony will also be available on Channel 45 (Verizon FIOS), Channel 78 (Cablevision) and on the Internet via live streaming on www.nccmc.com
