WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- The most recent storm front dumped plenty of rain throughout the region, including several Westchester County cities and towns that saw over an inch of precipitation, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

White Plains Airport: 1.49
