WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Metro-North service experienced delays of between a half-hour and an hour Friday morning on the Harlem, Hudson and New Haven Lines.

The delays were the result of earlier disabled trains at Harlem 125th Street and in the Park Avenue Tunnel, Metro-North said in an announcement posted on its website at 9:27 a.m.

Metro-North advised passengers to listen for announcements at local stations and to visit mta.info/mnr.

Bee-Line buses and Paratransit vehicles were operating with delays up to 30 minutes.

The following route is operating on the standard snow detour:

Route 30-No service to Stone Avenue and Fortfield Avenue Bus will continue on Lockwood Avenue and Mile Square Road instead.

Route 55 is avoiding Locust Street in Mount Vernon, traveling on Fleetwood Avenue, Gramatan Avenue, Williams Street and High Street instead.
