NEW CASTLE, N.Y. – Gas prices around the nation are on the rise, and Chappaqua and Millwood drivers are feeling it at the pumps. Here is where you can find the least expensive gas throughout the area:
As of Tuesday, Mobil at 208 Saw Mill River Road and Shell at 201 Saw Mill River Road were offering the lowest for regular gas at $4.19 per gallon. Shell at 114 S. Greeley Ave. was right behind at $4.20 per gallon.
Mobil at 25 S. Bedford Road had the town's most expensive prices at $4.39 per gallon.
According to Automotive.com, cheaper prices can be had in Pleasantville. A 76 station at 1 Broadway was offering regular gas at $3.85 per gallon, and Sunoco at 159 Bedford Road was offering $3.95 per gallon.
The most recent Lundberg Survey on Friday listed the national average price of self-serve, regular gas at $3.51, up from $3.41 on July 13.
