This weekend will be hot in New Castle, with sun in abundance. It is a great weekend to hunt down deals at the Chappaqua Sidewalk Sale, get some local produce and drinks at the Chappaqua Farmer's Market or catch a movie nearby.
The Chappaqua Sidewalk Sale has its final day of deals Saturday. Nearly 20 Chappaqua shops and stores have their merchandise deeply discounted. There will also be childrens entertainment and rides to make it an event for all ages.
- Stop by the Chappaqua Farmer's Market after the sidewalk sale to pick up some local produce, food and delicious lemonade from Ellie Kotzs LemonMade stand.
- Want to avoid the heat this weekend? Go catch a movie! There are plenty of great films playing at the Mount Kisco Theater, just up Bedford Road from Chappaqua. If you continue on Bedford Road into Bedford, you can also catch a flick at the Bedford Playhouse.
