Chappaqua Crossing Owner's Attorney Urges Approval, Threatens Litigation

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The attorney representing the owners of the proposed Chappaqua Crossing development issued  a plea to the town board to vote on the current proposal for a Whole Foods grocery store and 120,000 square feet of retail space to be built on the old Reader's Digest campus recently and made threats of possible litigation, according to The Examiner.
