Chappaqua Crossing Developer Seeks Vote

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- Summit/Greenfield, the developer behind the proposed Chappaqua Crossing complex, is asking the New Castle Town Board to vote on its latest preliminary concept plan, according to Patch.com

The latex plan calls for a free-standing 40,000 square foot Whole Foods grocery store on the southern end of the old Reader's Digest campus, Patch.com reported.

If the new proposal is shot down, Summit/Greenfield is asking the town board to vote on the original plan that had the grocery store in a different location, according to the report.
