CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. - A driver was involved in an accident on the Saw Mill Parkway near Readers Digest around 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Westchester County Police responded to a vehicle that reportedly rolled over while traveling Northbound. The accident was confirmed by a member of the New Castle Police Department.
