Celebration 2013: Raising the Roof on a New Cancer Center honored Drs. Dan Costin, Mark Fialk, Mark Gordon, Herb Gretz, Seth Lerner, Sara Sadan and Randy Stevens and their significant contributions to the legacy of the Hospital’s outstanding Cancer Program. The evening was a celebration of the initiatives on the horizon.
Currently, renovations are underway in the White Plains Hospital’s Dickstein Cancer Treatment Center (DCTC) and construction of a new medical office building adjacent to DCTC will begin in 2014. When it is completed in early 2015, the cancer program will have doubled its size, adding space for infusion, physician offices and patient amenities.
The Auxiliary of White Plains Hospital is made up of more than 800 dedicated individuals with a mission to promote and advance the welfare of the institution. Members proudly and passionately serve as advocates for the Hospital, organizing and overseeing several fundraising and outreach events in the community and contributing thousands of volunteer hours every year. Many also serve on the Hospital’s Board of Directors.
