New Castle Town Board: 7:45 p.m. The board will convene for a regular meeting in the assembly room at New Castle Town Hall, 200 S. Greeley Ave.
Chappaqua Turf Committee: 7:30-9 p.m. There will be an open meeting for anyone interested in the Horace Greeley High School turf field project. Horace Greeley, academic commons, 70 Roaring Brook Road.
Tuesday, June 26
Draw Your Dreams: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Children of all ages in Chappaqua are invited to decorate the library's program room with provided materials. The event is free. 195 S. Greeley Ave.
Senate and Congesional primaries: 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. New Castle voters will be taking to the polls Tuesday to decide which candidates will appear on the November ballot in both U.S. Senate and Congressional races. Voters can find their exact polling place on the Westchester County Board of Elections website by entering their address into the polling place locator.
Wednesday, June 27
Zoning Board of Appeals: 7:15 p.m. The zoning board will have its first public meeting with the Upper Westchester Muslim Society regarding a proposed mosque in New Castle. Meeting is at New Castle Town Hall, 200 S. Greeley Ave.
How to Make the Most Out of Your Outdoor Living Space: 7:30 p.m. Jan Johnsen, an innovative landscape designer for 35 years, will share some of her ideas. Johnsen teaches at Columbia University and the New York Botanical Garden and is the author of Ortho's All About Trees. The event is free. Chappaqua Library, 195 S. Greeley Ave.
Thursday, June 28
Chappaqua School Board meeting: 6 p.m. Education Center, 70 Roaring Brook Road.
Mah Jongg Club: 7 p.m. The club is for players at all levels. Instruction, as well and coffee, tea and cookies will be provided. The library will provide cards but those attending are asked to bring boards, if possible. Chappaqua Library, 195 S. Greeley Ave.
