The following report was also reported by the New Castle Police Department:

At 2:35 p.m. on Saturday, a customer reportedly left the A&P at 230 Saw Mill River Road in Millwood with $120 worth of groceries without paying. According to police reports, the manager approached the suspect but he wouldn’t listen and fled, leaving a passenger behind in his car.
