Ossining Police's Surprise Block Party Draws Quite A Crowd

OSSINING, N.Y. -- The Ossining Police Department helped to help strengthen its ties with the community with a surprise block party on Friday and the event drew a large crowd.

The free Spring Street block party featured food, games and a DJ.

It was held to ease community tensions between officers and the community following tensions that arose across the country, News 12 reported.
