According to a spokesman for Greiner-Maltz Realty Advisors, Schneiderman has more than 30 years of successful real estate experience and will be assisting with its expansion efforts.

The new Capital Markets Group will be dedicated to helping customers “structure and place debt and/or equity related to real estate purchases,” according to its principal, Ayall Schanzer.

The firm wants to be more than just “brokers,” Schanzer said, adding it is aiming to be “a full service end-to-end solution to our customers and clients.”

Schneiderman co-founded and was the managing member of Parallel Asset Management LLC, a real estate asset management and advisory operation.

According to Schanzer, Schneiderman “devised and executed on debt and equity strategies for commercial real estate assets in excess of $1.2 billion across the country.”

Schneiderman previously was a principal and chief credit officer at Parallel Capital LLC, a private national commercial real estate securitized lender.

“I’m pleased to be adding a capital markets capability to a reputable firm such as Greiner-Maltz – a firm with more than 60 years of experience at the center of the New York metropolitan area commercial real estate market,” Schneiderman said.

“We understand that many of the firm’s clients have longstanding relationships with financial institutions, however, we often add value by not only negotiating better rates, but understanding the nuances of various covenants, terms and conditions that could have a significant impact in optimizing the structure of a loan,” he said.
