Mango Breakfast Crumble
- 2 mangos, peeled and chopped into large chunks
- 1 cup pecans
- 4 dates, pitted and chopped (or use ¼ cup raisins)
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar, or to taste
Set mangos aside in a bowl.
Add pecans, dates, flax, vanilla, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg to a food processor
Pulse a few times until mixture takes on a crumbly texture. Taste. Add agave nectar if desired.
Spoon over mangos and enjoy as a healthy breakfast or snack.
