What Makes It Patty Perfect: The 6-ounce patties are made of all-natural, ground Amish beef and are served on toasted potato rolls from the Vermont Bakery. Its “50/50” burger, a crowd fav, is made of the aforementioned beef melded with house-made pork chorizo and topped with a dollop of goat cheese and pico de gallo. The chorizo and goat cheese both come from restaurant owner Louie Lanza's farm.
Also getting raves is the “Beef & Bella,” a beef patty topped with a portabella mushroom, Harvarti cheese, pickled onions, and basil-truffle mayo.
Most impressive: Its Roadhouse burger made with ground beef and natural beef brisket, and glazed with BBQ sauce, then topped with molten cheddar cheese. Bring on the napkins, folks! You'll need it.
For non-carnivores, Buns has a griddled, supersized veggie-quinoa burger with guac and pico de gallo. As great as the burgers are, fans also gush over the drinks, which focus on whiskey and bourbon -- natch -- along with an extensive list of craft beers.
