Kids Invited To Mount Kisco Library's Halloween Carnival

MOUNT KISCO, N.Y. -- Kids are welcomed to a free Halloween Carnival at the Mount Kisco Public Library on Friday, Oct. 28.

The event is geared toward kids from preschool to age 11.

No registration is required. The carnival will run from 4-5 p.m. at the library, 100 East Main St.
