Classes are available at 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays in the gym adjacent to the pool and at 10 a.m Sunday by the pagoda.
“Yoga means something different to everyone,” said Quest teacher Gen de Botton in a press release. “While students approach the practice with unique intentions, all leave class with increased confidence and awareness. Perhaps most importantly, our yogis walk away feeling better – both physically and emotionally.”
Tuesday and Thursday classes begin July 21 and end Aug. 20. Classes can be purchased in a 10-session package for $170 or individually with a drop-in fee of $20.
Students at Sunday classes are asked to give a suggested donation. Sunday courses continue through Aug. 30.

Students are requested to bring their own yoga mat or towel and water.
