Open Houses: Check out our real estate page for several open houses this weekend.

Chappaqua Farmers Market: 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Church of St. Mary the Virgin, 191 S. Greeley Ave.

Preschool Fair: 10 a.m. to noon. The Chappaqua Library hosts its annual open house with representatives from local schools.There will be painting for kids, and it is free and open to the public. 195 S. Greeley Ave.

Horace Greeley Football: 1:30 p.m. The Quakers (0-2) will look to rebound from a rocky start with a home matchup against John Jay Cross River (1-1). 70 Roaring Brook Road.

Thunderstorm Warnings Posted For Westchester For Tuesday

WESTCHESTER, N.Y. - The National Weather Service posted a thunderstorm warning for southern Westchester County at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday.

The storms could be accompanied by lightning, hail and high winds of up to 50 mph, the weather service said.

Bacteria ID'd As Cause Of Westchester Food Event Illnesses

VALHALLA, N.Y. – The bacteria that sickened some festival-goers who attended Westchester’s Burger and Beer Bash at Kensico Dam in Valhalla earlier this month has been identified as Campylobacter, the county department of health announced Monday.
