Monday, Dec. 24

Library Closed

Christmas Eve Dinner: 5-9 p.m. $90 for adults, $45 for children. Guests are invited to a cozy, delicious Christmas Eve dinner at the Bedford Post Inn in the farmhouse. Prepared by chef Jeremy McMillan, the four-course prix fixe menu will feature a selection of house-baked breads, marinated vegetables, and meats to start, followed by the option of Stracciatella, chestnut soup or ricotta cappelletti. Main courses are served family-style, and guests have the choice of wild mushroom en brodo, steamed black bass, or red wine braised short rib. For dessert, a traditional buche de Noel will be offered, as well as tiramisu and bunnuelos. 954 Old Post Road, Bedford.

Family Games: 3 p.m. Fight your boredom with board games at the Chappaqua Library. For kindergartners through fourth-graders with an adult. Please register; space is limited. 195 S. Greeley Ave.

Family Holiday Concert at Jodi’s Gym: 4-4:45 p.m. Join Jodi’s Gym in Mount Kisco to move and groove to Miss Rhea’s terrific tunes. The perfect event for children and adults to enjoy together. Lionheart Puppet Show: 3 p.m. Come to the Chappaqua Library for the puppet show “The Reluctant Dragon.” Ages 4 and up are welcome; space is limited. 195 S. Greeley Ave.
