Those who want to chase away the rainy day blues with a little retail therapy, there are a few garage and tag sales this weekend to choose from.
Chappaqua:
There is a two-family tag sale Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 241 Millwood Road in Chappaqua. The sale will include indoor and outdoor household items. Only Cash is accepted as payment.
There is a tag sale Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 18 West Orchard Road, located off Route 133, between Gedney Park and Seven Bridges Road. This rain or shine sale will include Victorian furniture, draperies, curtains, costume jewelry and childrens clothing.
Pleasantville:
On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. there is an estate sale at 200 Marble Avenue in Pleasantville. Furniture, household appliances and items will be sold.
On Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. there is a two-family tag sale at 115 and 116 Locust Road in Briarcliff Manor. Books, toys, clothes and other baby items will be for sale.
