CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The New Castle Recreation & Parks Department held its annual Ragamuffin Parade and Carnival on Sunday at the Chappaqua Train Station.

Children and adults attended in costumes ranging from princesses to vampires, and many brought their dogs in costumes.

There was popcorn and cotton candy available, as well as apple juice and doughnuts provided by Chappaqua Dunkin' Donuts, one of the carnival's sponsors.
