Attendees can take part in decorating their own trick-or-treat bag, get their faces painted and participate in other Halloween-themed actitivies.

The Carmel-Kent Chamber of Commerce will provide cider and doughnuts as refreshments.

The Halloween Extravaganza will take place rain or shine, but the number of people the library can accommodate is reduced if the event has to take place inside due to rain.
