DARIEN, Conn. Students at Holmes Elementary School worked together to collect pajamas before Christmas for children in need. Members of the student council and the Kids Care club worked with Scholastic Book Clubs and the nonprofit Pajama Program to hold the Great Bedtime Story Pajama Drive.
Students wore their pajamas to school and brought a new pair to donate to local group homes, shelters, foster care programs and orphanages.
