Fall Festivals and Fun Events Around Chappaqua

Fall brings cooler weather and festivals, fun and craft shows to the area. If you're looking for some fun seasonal activities this weekend, there are some great events in Chappaqua and the surrounding areas. Here's a look at what's going on this weekend.

The Saw Mill River Audubon will be having its annual Bird Seed Sale on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 200 South Greeley Ave. Proceeds will go to local conservation efforts.

The 18th Annual Westchester Fine Craft Show is in town this weekend. The show opens on Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Work form more than 100 artists will be featured. The show is being held at the Westchester County Center, 198 Central Ave., White Plains.

Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center's Farm Stand is now open for the Fall season. The Farm Stand will be open every Friday and Saturday from 10a.m. to 4 p.m. All the produce available is grown on its farm without the use of pesticides, synthesized fertilizers or herbicides. Hilltop Hanover Farm is at 1271 Hanover St., Yorktown Heights.

 

The Teatown Fall Festival will be up and running Saturday at 11 a.m. The festival will feature pumpkin carving, local music, zip lines, food and animals. The event will take place at Teatown Lake Reservation, 1600 Spring Valley Rd., Ossining.
