This discussion, part of the hospital’s ongoing speaker series, will focus on ways to help children overcome anxiety and instill confidence.
Expert speakers will include Dr. Alexander Lerman, child and adolescent psychiatrist at Northern Westchester Hospital and Susan Raskin, manager of integrative medicine at Northern Westchester Hospital.
Ferguson is on the Board of Directors for Westchester Land Trust, as well as the board for the Mount Kisco Elementary School Parent Association. She actively volunteers for and supports both organizations as well as several others in the community.
"Northern Westchester Hospital is such a valuable community asset," said Ferguson.
"We have had such positive experiences at NWH -- it’s very reassuring to know that such outstanding care is so readily accessible in our community. We are fortunate to have a topnotch hospital that is consistently ranked among the best in the nation right in our backyard."
Ferguson lives in Mount Kisco with her husband and three children.
