CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. -- The Chappaqua PTA announced that it will hold a community forum on the Chappaqua Central School District's proposed 2016-17 budget.
The forum is scheduled for Tuesday, March 29 at 7:30 p.m. It will be held at Scattered Books, a new bookstore that is located at 29 King St.
The budget will be up for a public vote in May; the school board will approve a budget to be voted on by residents when it meets on April 13.
Residents can read about what is proposed by going to the school board's meeting list for the current school year, which is available here. Budget documents are available beginning with the board's Feb. 24 meeting and continue through the end of this month.
