SPCA Hoping To Clear The Shelter The SPCA has more dogs and cats than usual, but are hoping a one-day event can help their animals find forever homes. The SPCA is taking part in NBC's Clear the Shelters on Saturday, Aug. 19 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Briarcliff location at 590 North State Road.
