Chappaqua'a Jane Sandbank Launches Educational Leadership Consulting Team

CHAPPAQUA, N.Y. – Jane Sandbank, former Brewster schools superintendent and a Chappaqua resident, has announced the formation of the Jane Sandbank Group (JSG), a consulting team dedicated to the goal of advancing educational leadership for professionals and parents.

A veteran school administrator, Sandbank has assembled a team of talented transformational leaders offering expertise in strategic planning, leadership development, technology, social media and coaching.

Joining Sandbank is a distinguished group of New York area-based experts in PreK-12 education, higher education, communications and psychology.

Here are some of the individuals joining Sandbank: 

Ellen Bergman, superintendent of the Mount Pleasant Blythedale UFSD; John Krouskoff, manager of Learning Technologies for the Lower Hudson Regional Information Center; Janet Patti, professor of administration and supervision at Hunter College, City University of New York; Harvey Schnall, a highly-respected public education career individual who has mastered the art of making the Common Core Standards accessible and meaningful for both teachers and administrators; Pamela Feldman-Krouskoff, an accomplished specialist with more than 14 years of working with educational institutions and Fortune 500 companies on their web presence and online communications strategies.

“Our purpose is to serve as a trusted resource to educators and administrators who are dedicated to providing state-of-the-art philosophies and technologies to their school districts,” Sandbank states. “Every situation is unique and our work is customized to meet the needs and culture of each organization. We offer clients a menu of Strategic Planning models that can help build organization, team and individual capacity.
